Overview

Stepyfocus is built to be private by design. It does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us or to anyone else. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Health Data

Stepyfocus reads data from Apple Health — such as your steps, distance, calories, active minutes and weight — only after you explicitly grant permission. This data is used solely to display your activity, streaks, statistics and trends inside the app.

Your health data stays on your device. It is never sold, never shared, and never sent to any server. You can review or revoke the app's access at any time in the iOS Settings > Health menu.

On-Device Storage

Goals, streaks, milestones and your preferences are stored locally on your device. If you use iCloud, this data may be included in your encrypted device backup, which is managed entirely by Apple — Stepyfocus never has access to it.

Apple Watch & Widgets

Step data shared with the Apple Watch app, widgets and complications is stored in a private App Group container on your devices only. It is never transmitted off your devices.

Subscriptions

Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Stepyfocus does not receive or store your payment details. Subscription management is handled in your Apple Account settings.

No Analytics or Tracking

Stepyfocus contains no analytics service, crash reporter, advertising SDK, or any other third-party library that collects data. There is no tracking code of any kind, and the app does not use your data to track you across other apps or websites.

Children's Privacy

Stepyfocus is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them — or from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
