Overview

Stepyfocus is private by design. It does not collect, store or transmit personal data. There are no user accounts, analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.

Health data

Stepyfocus reads steps, distance, calories, active minutes and weight from Apple Health only after you explicitly grant permission. This data is used solely inside the app.

Your health data stays on your devices. It is never sold, shared or sent to a server. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings.

Weekly Coach

The weekly Coach analyses your recent activity on your iPhone. On supported devices, its summary uses Apple’s on-device model; otherwise, Stepyfocus uses its built-in engine. No health data is sent to a server.

On-device storage

Goals, streaks, milestones and preferences are stored locally. If you use iCloud, they may be included in your encrypted device backup managed by Apple.

Apple Watch & widgets

Data shared with the Apple Watch app, widgets and complications stays in a private App Group container on your devices.

Free and Pro

Stepyfocus is free for everyday walking. Eligible new users receive 21 days of full access to Pro features, managed by the app. Pro is available monthly, annually or for life; purchases, cancellations and payment details are handled by Apple through the App Store.

No analytics or tracking

Stepyfocus contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDK or third-party tracking library.

Children’s privacy

Stepyfocus is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them—or from anyone.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new last-updated date.
